The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.173/2016 registered in Police Station Kasdol, Distt. Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 120-B, 419, 420/34, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC. 2.

As per the prosecution case, a report was made by Chandrika Bai Patel that she was holding land alongwith other relatives namely Bhagwano, Dhaniram their sons Vijay, Sanjay, etc. other co-accused alongwith seller have sold the land which was held in the joint family property in the year 2011 and the present applicant has carved the documents.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has not been named in the FIR and only on the basis applicant was document writer of the sale deed, he has been inculpated, no role has been played by the applicant and charge sheet has been filed, therefore no further investigation would be necessary, therefore the

applicant may be enlarged on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, all the evidence appears to be documentary in nature, charge sheet has been filed and also considering the role played by the applicant, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
