Challenge in this petition is to the impugned order dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P/1). Vide the said order, the petitioner has been transferred from Raipur to Jagdalpur.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that till date he has not been relieved and that he has already made a request/representation to the authorities for permitting him to remain at the present place of posting, but till date no decision has been taken by the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court is of the opinion that let the concerned respondent take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner seeking for cancellation of the posting order dated 22.11.2018.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is expected that the respondents shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
