This is second bail application. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3707/2019.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application and direction may be issued to the trial Court to consider and dispose of case as soon as possible within stipulated time.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the case in hand, there are 15 prosecution witnesses and charge has not been framed yet. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The trial Court is further directed to send the progress report after two months from today.
