(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from the post of Assistant Director, Agriculture , Korba after completion the age of superannuation vide order dated 29.01.2016. He further submits that the respondent No.4 has not issued 'no dues certificate (LPC) in connection with the release of provident fund and other retiral dues after lapse of 10 months, against which, he has made several representations before the respondent No.4, which has not been decided till now and therefore, direction may

be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (3) In view of above, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
