This is second bail application of the applicant. Earlier the first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.4702/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

Counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the instant bail application. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose of case as soon as possible. 3.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is rejected as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of case as soon as possible giving priority to this case. The trial Court is further directed to send the progress report of the case in every two months.
