The applicant has preferred the fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.98/2020, registered at Police Station - Gharghoda, District - Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 457, 506, 323, 342 & 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to avail any other remedy available under Cr.P.C.
