(2) The subject matter of this writ petition is within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal.
(3) The present writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. It is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer duly constituted original application before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal.
