After arguing fairly long time learned counsel for the petitioner submit that since he has to pay Court fee for compliance of order of this Court, therefore, he may be granted 30 days time to make payment of the Court fee.

Prayer appears fair and reasonable and is allowed. 30 days time is granted to the petitioner to pay the requisite Court fee before the trial Court.
