Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also seeks liberty to file complaint under Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. before Judicial Magistrate First Class.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, which is just and proper and in conformity with law laid down by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & others1, I.A. No. 01/2021 is allowed. 4.
