1. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 06.07.2020 in connection with Crime No. 212/2020 registered in Police Station Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 02.12.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6140/2020.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this second bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
