Counsel for the appellant was granted number of opportunities on earlier occasions to remove the default, but, till date the same could not be removed. However, in the interest of justice, further time of four weeks is granted to the appellant to remove the default on payment of further cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited in the account of High Court Legal Services Committee. Cost earlier imposed by this court, if not paid, has also to be paid by the appellant.

Non-compliance of this order, shall lead to automatic dismissal of the appeal itself without further reference to the Bench.
