The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.609/2016 (wrongly written as 609/2013 in the order impugned) registered in Police Station Mohan Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 3, 4, 5 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 2.
As per the prosecution case, on raid being conducted on 29th November, 2016 when fake customer was appointed and amount of Rs.200/- was paid. Thereafter, after raid said amount was recovered from the respective girl and the house wherein raid was committed the applicant was also part of the house. During raid the applicant was found alongwith the other girls and different contraceptive and liquor were also seized.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, the house do not belong to the applicant it was house of Baldev Singh. He submits that charge sheet
has been filed, no further investigation would be necessary, therefore the applicant may be enlarged on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the case diary and the documents. As appears charge sheet has been filed, respective seizure has been made. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, applicant is in jail since 29/11/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
