Considering the nature of dispute that has been raised in the present writ petition, the counsel for the petitioner at this juncture prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy firstly before the concerned State authorities and thereafter if still grievance survives, he may approach the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to file a fresh representation if is so wants for redressal of his grievance.. That the concerned authorities are expected to consider and take an appropriate decision on the representation in accordance with law. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
