This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 20.10.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5751 of 2016.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 20.10.2016 passed by this Court. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today

before the respondent and, in turn, the respondent shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 20.10.2016 in its letter and spirit expeditiously.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.

6. Office is directed not to connect the record of the original petition, pending and disposed of, for hearing of contempt petition. As and when necessary, the record will be summoned. The above-stated direction will be operative to the cases listed before the Bench of undersigned (Sanjay K. Agrawal, J.) only.
