Instant petition is filed for limited relief that the demarcation application was filed in respect of demarcation of land bearing khasra No.1980/2 at village Mopka, Tahsil Bilaspur by the petitioner in 2016, petitioner contend that the said demarcation was carried out in January, 2018, however demarcation report is not been submitted by the concerned RI at the influence of the extraneous circumstances. 2.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner contend that the demarcation has been carried out, respondent No.2, Tahsildar shall forthwith examine the issue and if demarcation is carried out, the same shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of 30 days and if demarcation is not carried

out, then it shall be done forthwith within the outer limit of four months. 3.
