Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 07.10.2020, whereby learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition of the Appellant challenging the order of transfer dated 23.09.2020.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach before the Competent Authority by filing a representation. He submits that a direction may be given to 1st Respondent to decide the representation within a specific time period.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If Appellant submits representation, Respondent No. 1 shall decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
