---- Respondent For Petitioner : Shri Sourabh Sharma, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 07.08.2018 Present contempt petition has been filed for the alleged willful non compliance of the order dated 14.03.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 1676 of 2018.

Perusal of the order of this Court dated 14.03.2018 would reflect that no specific period was awarded in the order for the respondent to comply with the same.

Given the aforesaid fact, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if the contempt petition at this juncture is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation along with the order of this Court dated 14.03.2018 passed in WPS No. 1676/2018.

On such representation being made by the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today, the competent authority shall comply with the order passed by this Court on 14.03.2018 in WPS No. 1676/2018 within a further period of 60 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
