1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the application which the petitioner has moved before the respondents 2 & 3 for allotment of government land over which the petitioner is in possession for long.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to abide

by any of the conditions and payment of charges that would be applicable in terms of guidelines and circulars of the State Govt. applicable in the process of allotment.

3. State counsel submits that the application of the petitioner shall be decided at the earliest.

4. Given the said submission by the State counsel, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to decide the application that the petitioner has filed for allotment of land in their possession in terms of the guidelines and circulars governing the field, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
