1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner though has discharge the job of Panchayat Secretary and has eventually retired on May, 2020, his salary from January, 2020 to May, 2020 has not been paid on various ground; therefore, it is submitted that the petitioner has made a representation by Annexure P-1 to the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Bilaigarh that may be decided within a specified time and the salary of the petitioner may be released.

2. Considering the nature of the submission made, without much going into the facts, since the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No.3 about non-payment of salary, the respondent No.3 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a further

-2period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy this order and after due verification if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the salary, the same may be released forthwith.
