(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case for regularization is pending consideration before the State Government till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously. (3) In view of above, the State Government is directed to consider and decide on the pending application for regularization of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion of

the merits of the case and authorities concerned would be at liberty to decide the same in accordance with law.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
