1. IA No.1/2020, application for correction in cause title filed in MCRC No.7365/2020 is allowed.

2. Necessary correction be made during the course of the day.

3. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.406/2020 registered in Police Station Dharsiwa, for offence under Section 307/34 of the IPC.

4. The applicants have assaulted the injured Navin Verma and Kuldeep Dhiwar by hands, fists and knife, causing injuries over both hands of Navin Verma and over ribs of Kuldeep Dhiwar.

5. None of the injuries were accompanied with any boney injury nor the injuries were found to be grievous in nature so as to cause death in the ordinary course of nature.

6. The applicants are in jail since 25.9.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed. Therefore, considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, this Court is inclined to release them on bail.

7. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
