1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the action on the part of the respondents by which the petitioner has been deprived of his promotion to the post of Lab Technician and at the same time the action of the respondents whereby juniors to the petitioner have already been promoted as early as in the year 2012 itself.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that right from that time the petitioner has been continuously making representations with the respondents but till date the same has not been decided.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2&3 to
-2immediately process the representation of the petitioner and decide the issue as to why the petitioner was not found suitable for promotion when juniors to the petitioner and other similarly placed persons were already promoted on the post of Lab Technician as early as in the year, 2012. Let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondents No.2&3 within an outer limit of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
