Respondent has been served through paper publication, copy of which has been filed along with covering memo supported by an affidavit. 2.
Upon due consideration the application condonation of delay is allowed.

This appeal arises out of order dated 15.11.2018 passed by the Family Court in Civil Suit No. 279-A/2018 by which a decree of divorce has been granted in favour of the appellant. The appellant in this appeal, seeks modification of the impugned judgment and decree only to the extent of specific directions with regard to the visitation rights granted to respondent by the impugned judgment.

Learned counsel for the appellant would submits that though the learned Family Court granted visitation rights, in the judgment and decree it has not specified the place, days and time of visitation. 5.
From the impugned judgment it is revealed that the minor child Ku. Shambhavi is residing with appellant at Bilaspur. 6.
After hearing learned counsel for the appellant we are inclined to modify the judgment and decree only to the extent that the respondent/husband shall enjoy visitation rights by visiting and meeting his daughter Ku. Shambhavi every second and fourth Sunday of the month between 4 to 7 PM in the evening at the address given in the cause title of the judgment and decree dated 15.11.2018.

The impugned judgment and decree is therefore, modified to the extent as stated above.

Let appellate decree be accordingly drawn.
