The limited relief that the Petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondent No.3 for an expeditious decision on the Election Petition No.03/A-89 A 21/2019-20 filed by the Petitioner. 2.
The limited relief sought for by the Petitioner is not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.3 to consider and decide the aforementioned Election Petition, in accordance with law, at
the earliest, preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
