ORDER

1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Tracer in the year 1980, subsequently he was promoted in 1998 to the post of Assistant Draftsman. The petitioner though has rendered considerable period of service and according to the different circulars and scheme of the State, the petitioner was entitled for time pay-scale, however, the same has not been granted to him. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted the necessary representation.

-22. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is retiring this month, therefore, his claim to get the time bound payscale up-till 3rd time pay scale may be considered.

3. Perusal of Annexure P-10 would show that the representation has already been filed by the petitioner and limited prayer has been made that the petitioner's representation may be decided. Therefore, without any observation on merit, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2020 (Annexure P-10) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
