Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the petition, the dispute between the parties has been compromised. He further submits that since offence under Sections 420 & 120B of Indian Penal Code are compoundable with the leave of the Court, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make application for compounding the aforesaid offences before the trial Court where the the trial is pending for consideration. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application before the concerned trial Court for compounding the offence and the trial court in turn shall consider the application within seven days from the date of filing the said application.

With aforesaid observation, present petition stands finally disposed of.
