1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to respondent No.2/University to issue provisional degree on completion of M.D. (Community Medicine).

2. Shri Vyas, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2/University would submit, on instructions, that there were some technical difficulty in issuing provisional degree, however, the issue would be sorted out and the provisional degree would be issued to the petitioner within a week.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
