Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the order for blacklisting the petitioner company was done in the same manner and on similar grounds as was made in the case of Cadila Health Care Limited Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Another (WPC No.2420 of 2016), which has been decided by

this Court vide order dated 20.10.2016. It is submitted that the present petition is squarely covered by the said order. 2.

In view of the above, the present impugned order is set aside. The writ petition stands allowed in terms of Cadila (supra). 3.

A copy of the order passed in Cadila (supra) be placed on the record of this writ petition.
