The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.64/2014 registered in Police Station Gol Bazar, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the applicant on the basis of forged MA and B.Ed. certificate obtained job of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I at Navin Higher Secondary School, Block Chura, District Raipur. Subsequently, it was revealed that the said certificate on the basis of which the job was obtained was forged. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has not committed any offence. It was alleged that the certificate were not submitted by the applicant but the applicant was selected on the basis of the merit, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation would be necessary, the applicant is in jail since 3/12/2016, therefore the applicant may be enlarged on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 3/12/2016, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
