1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider grant of time bound pay-scale on completion of 10 years of continuous service on a particular pay-scale.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the circular dated 04.08.2010 passed by the respondents, all Grade-IV employees who have put in 10 years of continuous service would be entitled for the time bound pay-scale, which the petitioner also is entitled for but the same has not been granted to the petitioner.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 1 & 2 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner so far as grant of time bound pay-scale is concerned. If the petitioner is found entitled and eligible for the same, let necessary steps in this regard be taken within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
