1. This petition has been brought with limited prayer seeking issuance of direction to the learned Family Court, Raipur to expedite the execution proceeding in Execution Case No.14/2015.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Execution Case filed by the petitioner is pending since the year 2015 and the arrears has mounted up to the amount of Rs.7,20,000/- so far. Therefore, it is prayed that direction may be issued to the learned Family Court for expediting the proceeding.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage and the learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in Execution Case No.14/2015 and dispose it off preferably within a period of one year from today.
