Heard on petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for correction of the crime number in the bail order dated 03.01.2017, passed in M.Cr.C. No.8330/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inadvertently instead of actual Crime No.262/2016, wrong Crime No.263/2016 was mentioned in the bail petition, but actually the crime number is 262/2016, therefore, he prays to correct the crime number in the order dated 03.01.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 8330/2016 as Crime No.262/2016 in place of Crime No.263/2016.

State counsel do not opposes the same.

Considering the same, it is directed that in the order dated 03.01.2017, passed in M.Cr.C. No.8330/2016, the Crime No.263/2016 be read as Crime No.262/2016. The rest of the order shall remain as it is. 5.
