(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several representations before the respondent authorities for grant of out of turn promotion but till this date no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities and therefore, he may be permitted to file

representation before the State Government for redressal of his grievances along with copy of order dated 20.07.2015 passed in WPS No.5911 of 2014 (B.N. Mishra Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others).

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today along with the copy of order dated 20.07.2015 passed in WPS No.5911/2014, the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and in the light of order dated 20.07.2015 passed by this Court preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner along with this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
