1. This petition has been brought only for praying for issuance of direction to the learned Family Court for expediting the execution proceeding pending in the Court of First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has in her favour the order dated 14.10.2010 passed by learned Family Court, Raipur, directing the respondent to return the 'Stridhan' of the petitioner. The petitioner has filed execution application on 25.03.2015, which is pending and is continued for about 06 years without any progress. Therefore, it is prayed that learned Family Court may be directed to expedite the execution proceeding.

-23. After considering and submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in Execution Case No.04/2015, pending before the learned Family Court and conclude the same preferably within a period of 06 months.
