1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3 has been handed over the work relating to Public Works Department which he is not entitled.

2. The Director/Joint Director, Urban Administration Department is directed to look into the matter and do the needful within 10 weeks if such representation is made by the petitioner.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
