1. This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing F.I.R. bearing Crime No.43 of 2012 at Police Station Suregaon, District Balod for offences under Sections 420, 406, 188 and 409 of Indian Penal Code.

2. During pendency of this petition from April, 2013 the concerned police has completed the investigation and has

CRMP No. 400 of 2013 filed a closure report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. Thus, the prayer made in the petition for quashing the F.I.R. no longer survives because the police has also found that no offence is made out against the petitioner.

3. In the event, the Jurisdictional Magistrate does not accept the closure report, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said order.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
