Since the issue raised by the petitioners in this writ petition has already been adjudicated by the judgment dated 03-11-2020 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2526 of 2020 (Udyan Dubey and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and analogous writ petitions, therefore, no separate adjudication further is required.
