Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 02/01/2017 With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.

02. By way of present petition the petitioner/wife has sought transfer of Case No.518-A/2016 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg to the Court of Mungeli.

03. Counsel for the respondent fairly submits that she has no objection if the case filed by the respondent at Durg is transferred to Family Court, Bilaspur.

04. Counsel for the petitioner also agrees to the proposition as put forth by the respondent. He submits that the case pending before the Family Court, Durg may be transferred to Principal Judge, Family Court,

Bilaspur and the same would be convenient to both the parties.

05. In view of the fair submissions made by the parties, considering the difficulties being faced by them, Case No.518-A/16, Milind Kumar Soni Vs. Smt. Anamika Soni, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Bilaspur.

Parties to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur on 2nd February, 2017. In case the respondent fails to appear on the said date, the Family Court, Durg shall issue notice to him informing him about the next date.
