1. Petitioner would challenge the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat, Kodwa, Block Bhatapara on 23.07.2016 vide Annexure P-5. By the said order rights for rearing of fishes have been settled in favour of respondent No.5. The resolution has been passed by the Gram Panchayat, Kodwa unanimously and the authorities of fisheries department of the State Government or the FFDA have not proceeded further in the matter neither

any lease has been executed in favour of respondent No.5.

2. The writ petition is premature. It deserves to be and is hereby dismissed. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra Ashu
