1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.524/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Ambikapur, District: Ambikapur(C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 294, 506, 147, 323, 365, 392 of Indian Penal Code.
3. Applicant Rahul Singh along with four other accused who are juveniles have kidnapped the victims Sarik Siddhique, Adnan Khan and Danish at about 11:30 p.m. on 17-09-2020 and committed loot of Motorcycle, Mobile and Rs. 5,000/- cash.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
5. Material available in the case diary indicates that the injured had taken the motorcycle to his own house, thus, it is doubtful whether the motorcycle was looted or not. Similarly, the mobile belonging to one of the victim was damaged but it was not taken away by the accused person. There is no seizure of the looted cash amount of Rs. 5,000/-.
6. Considering the entire facts situation of the case and for the fact that the applicant is young boy, aged about 19 years and also the fact that he is in jail since 17-09-2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.
7. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
