(1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been subjected to show cause by respondent No. 4- Managing Director of the Board, against which he has filed reply but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No. 4 to take a decision on the reply to show cause filed by petitioner expedetiously. To
which, counsel for the State has no objection.
(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4- The Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Handloom Development and Marketing Cooperative Federation Limited is directed to take decision on the petitioner's reply within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
