1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.69/2020 registered in Police Station Singhoda, District Mahasamund for offence under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant was allegedly found using forged transport tax receipt for crossing Chhattisgarh-Odisha border while he was driving the truck bearing registration No.OR-15/S-8025.

3. The offences are triable by the JMFC, the applicant is in jail since 1.9.2020 i.e. for more than 3 months and the charge sheet has already been filed.

4. Considering all the relevant aspect of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
