The instant contempt petition has been filed for contempt of order dated 25.07.2019, wherein a direction was issued by this Court to the respondent No.3 to decide the application of the petitioner, which has not been decided. Since the instant petition has been preferred after one year of the order dated 25.07.2019 passed by this Court, therefore, considering the Section 20 of the The Contempt Of Courts Act, 1971 it would be barred as has been filed after one year of the order.
