1. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the present criminal revision has inadvertently been preferred because in accordance with law a civil revision lies against the order under challenge and, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant criminal revision with liberty to file a civil revision in accordance with law.

2. The permission, as sought for, is granted.

3. The present criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. On the issue of limitation, it is observed that the application for condonation of delay in filing the civil revision shall be considered on its own merits.

4. All the certified copies of the orders/documents filed along with the present criminal revision shall be returned to the applicant after obtaining photo copies thereof.
