1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.69/2020, registered at Police Station Singhoda, District Mahasamund C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the I.P.C.

2. Shri Roop Naik, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that after filing of the present bail application, the

MCRCA No. 1497 of 2020 applicant has been arrested, therefore, the anticipatory bail application has been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the statement made, this bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
