Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for mutation in the revenue records is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2 - Naib Tahsildar, Rajim since 27.01.2016 and has not been decided till date therefore, directions may be issued to the said authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Naib Tahsildar, Rajim is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for mutation in the revenue records, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
