Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that land of the petitioner has been acquired by the respondent-SECL but in lieu of land they have not provided employment to the petitioner as she is entitled for employment as per Policy of Coal India. He would further submit that he may be permitted to make a representation before the respondents. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondents. If such representation is made, the respondents shall consider and decide the representation of the

petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law on its own merit. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. The petitioner is at liberty to make a representation along with documents, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
