1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non-grant of salary to the petitioner for the period between August 2014 to March 2015.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on medical ground, the petitioner has not attended the duties during the entire period and that in-spite of there being sufficient medical leave available to the petitioner, the respondents has not settled the claim of the petitioner,

particularly in-respect-of salary for the period between August 2014 to March 2015.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that right from the year 2014 onwards, the petitioner has been periodically approaching the respondents for settlement of his dues for the said period, however, till date no final decision has been taken by the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents No. 3 to 5 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner for the said period, and subject to verification of facts and also subject to deciding the entitlement part for the salary for the said period, an appropriate decision be taken by the respondents within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
