1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of revised pay scale as indicated in the order dated 17-5-2013 which has not been granted by respondent No.2 herein and for which the petitioner has submitted representation which is not being considered and it is not being decided.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner along with additional representation which the petitioner may file, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on its own merit, in accordance with law.

3. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
