Agrawal Order On Board 0 3 / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that issue involved in this writ petition has been considered and decided by coordinate Bench in W.P. (S) No.6927 of 2011 (Kunwar Kant Dewangan Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 6.12.2013. They also submit that against the aforesaid order, writ
appeal was filed that was dismissed and against the order of writ appeal, SLP No.16838/2015 was filed by the State Government. SLP filed by the State Government has been dismissed by the Supreme Court in the matter of State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Ku. Harjeet Kaur on 17.8.2015 and as such order dated 6.12.2013 has attained the finality. (2) In view of above, the petitioner is directed to make representation along with copy of order passed by this Court to respondent No. 4, who will verify and consider the claims of the petitioner and take decisions in the matters in accordance with law. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is finally disposed off. No order as to costs.
